In April I saw that Sarah was teaching a First Degree Reiki course (online due to the impact of Covid) and I jumped at the chance to learn this practice from someone who has such a special energy. If you are interested in taking Reiki further, I cannot recommend Sarah enough. At a time when life was particularly challenging, not least because of the global pandemic, our 2 day online course and subsequent mini community felt like a gift. I learned a huge amount on the course itself and have since spent hours reading, researching and doing the work needed to ensure I get the best out of it once I am attuned. Sarah has recommended various books and sources of information, and I almost always join her Monday evening meditations. I also had a distance healing from her which blew me away. I am so excited to continue this journey, and I know in my bones I am learning with the right person for me. Thank you Sarah!
