Cranberry & Flaxseed Oat Balls

Jane kindly made her cranberry & flaxseed oatballs for my last reiki course and the feedback was so positive that we had to share the recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

¾ cup dried dates, pits removed

½ cup nut butter

2 tablespoons honey

Pinch of salt

¾ cup dried cranberries

3 tablespoons flax seeds

Recipe:

Add oats, dates, nut butter, honey and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Process until mixture is well combined.

Add cranberries and flax seeds and pulse briefly until combined.

Shape into your choice size of ball.
