“No” is a complete sentence

I was moved to witness our Bali retreat guests settings and maintaining their own personal boundaries during our retreat. This is a subject that is very close to my heart. I have been working on my personal boundaries for a fair few years, and I continue to learn more everyday!

At the beginning of each retreat, I always share our boundaries, and I invite our retreat guests to consider their personal boundaries and to share them if they wish.

We cover:

✨ Bodily autonomy

✨ Saying yes and saying no

✨ Authenticity

✨ Verbal consent for any touch - including hugs

✨ The power and choice to always do what’s best for you (on and off the yoga mat)

✨ Unapologetically taking time and space away from the group whenever needed

✨ Confidentiality

✨ Honouring personal intentions for the retreat

I’m constantly learning and growing 🌱 Hosting our retreats continuously teaches me so much - so thank you to all those that are on this journey with me ✨ Love Sarah Xx
