I find it so useful to reflect and remember how far Iβve come. I make space every evening to acknowledge my daily accomplishments, and to be grateful for all that I am and all that I bring into this world ππΌ I highly recommend this as a daily practice π
Take a few moments at the end of each day (maybe while you brush your teeth and get ready for bed). Remember your accomplishments from the day - no matter how small they may seem. The trick is to view everything youβve done as a win, because it is! Youβve likely achieved more than you give yourself credit for π₯°
