Natures Reach is a private gated hamlet of 5 stone properties, nestled within the small village of Denshaw, in the rural parish of Saddleworth at the foothills of the Pennines.
Please contact Natures Reach directly if you would like to book to stay in one of their two beautiful holiday cottages, or host a well-being retreat/tipi summer wedding.
During your stay at Natures Reach, you can enjoy yoga classes, sound healing and reiki treatments.
Our yoga classes are welcoming to all levels and will be tailored to your health needs and personal goals.
Sound healing will calm your body and mind, and leave you blissfully relaxed.
Reiki treatments are also available at Natures Reach. Reiki will support you to replenish your energy.
Please note, sound healing is not suitable for 1st trimester of pregnancy & those with a pacemaker
Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable to move in and bring yourself a bottle of water.
Yoga mats are provided. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
We recommend that you are well hydrated prior to yoga and sound healing, and that you do not have a full stomach.
