Join us on Mondays 12.15-1pm for our Restorative Flow Yoga Classes at Narali Yoga Studio in Altrincham.
Each week we will guide you through a calming restorative yoga flow and deep relaxation.
These yoga classes are friendly and welcoming to all levels (complete beginners are welcome).

Yoga blocks and bolsters are provided. Yoga mats can be hired directly from Narali (£1 fee). Please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable to move in and bring yourself a bottle of water.
We recommend that you are well hydrated prior to the yoga class and that you do not have a full stomach.
