Online Yoga Classes

  • Online yoga classes can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home, office or during your travels.

  • Join us on Mondays 10-11am, Wednesdays 7-8am, Fridays 10-11am & Saturdays 10.30-11.30am.

  • You can book your online yoga classes via our yoga timetable.

  • Each week we will guide you through energising yoga flow, restorative postures and deep relaxation.

  • These classes are friendly and welcoming to all. Beginners are welcome to join us. In parts, these classes are dynamic. We will always give options to support you on your yoga journey where needed.

  • Please ready yourself with a yoga mat and water. You may also wish to use a blanket under your knees, plus cushions/pillows and a blanket for the final relaxation.

  • Please wear any clothes that you feel comfortable to move in.

  • We recommend that you are well hydrated prior to the yoga class and that you do not have a full stomach.
